We are part of the splendid Project COSMIC team and have helped them devise the Explore IT! Series of courses: starters, main course and dessert, available to those of us who are more mature, and interested in getting involved in the computer age.

We have written booklets to accompany each session and by clicking on the icons you will be able to find out what is on offer.

When we started we did not know how to turn the thing on and now we have built a website and hope to encourage others to hurtle down the information superhighway - ladies, remember your hairnets! Gents - well make sure you have everything secure!

Please feel free to wander around and find out more about the courses and individual sessions; computers are there for everyone, not just those young things with their noisy pop - it’s fun, it’s good to learn and with the COSMIC team, you are never alone.

Project COSMIC are very pleased to announce that the Explore IT Starters course has now been accredited by OCNSW.

You can now get a qualification which is equivalent to a NVQ Level 1.
